1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Projvex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Customer," "you," or "your") and Projvex ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website located at projvex.myshopify.com (the "Site"), and your purchase of products and services offered through the Site. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per person, per household, or per order, and to refuse service to any customer. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
5. Pricing and Sales Tax
All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to ensure that pricing information is accurate; however, pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide. We may also place a hold or restriction on your account or orders pending verification of information or resolution of any issues identified by our fraud detection systems.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping within the United States is FREE. We do not charge any shipping or handling fees for orders delivered to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are typically 3 to 5 business days following shipment within eligible United States destinations. Please note that these delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier performance, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier or left at the delivery address provided by you. 8. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Please note that this 30-day return window is our voluntary store policy; there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for online purchases under US federal law (except for specific product categories regulated separately).
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Certain products may be excluded from return eligibility, including but not limited to: personalized or customized items; perishable goods; intimate or sanitary items; hazardous materials; and products that cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons. 9. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities, removing or disabling content, terminating accounts, and seeking monetary damages or other legal remedies.
11. Disclaimers of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PROJVEX, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PROJVEX FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).
THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY EVEN IF YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THESE TERMS FAIL OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
